Since 1991, PCJV partners have protected, restored, and enhanced thousands of acres of bird habitat in western Washington. These projects benefit many species of fish and wildlife in addition to birds. Our work is focused in the following areas:

• Washington Coast
• Lower Columbia River

Western Washington's marine waters, estuaries and freshwater wetlands provide critical habitat for migrating and wintering waterfowl, seabirds and shorebirds. Estuaries, wetlands, forests, oak woodlands and prairies offer breeding habitat for waterfowl, songbirds, raptors and other bird species.
