Conservation Registry launches portal for the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation
The portal shows where the Foundation is making conservation investments to protect native species and their native habitats. Registry portals give agencies and organizations a way to share what they’re doing on-the-ground with others, visualize their projects in a larger context, and tailor the Registry's features to fit their own needs.

Fall issue of All-Bird Bulletin highlights conservation partnerships
This special issue of The All-Bird Bulletin highlights the creative ways conservationists are serving the needs of all bird species of concern -- the full spectrum of bird conservation -- in their regions. Partnerships are always the key ingredient.
eBird launches two new projects.
- eBird Site Survey is designed to allow you to identify a site of your choosing, register your site as part of the Site Survey, and then begin collecting repeated observations on a daily or weekly basis.
- eBird County Birding provides guidelines for how best to make your birding count in lesser-known locations. Data from these efforts will help fill holes in eBird coverage across the country, and help scientists accurately model bird distribution and abundance.
